What to Expect

Step 1:

Make an Appointment

To schedule an appointment or get more information about soul care, you can fill out the webform at the bottom of this page or send us an email at admin@sojournersoulcare.com or call 802-227-2749.

Kaylin is here to answer any questions you might have and schedule your first session. She'll also send paperwork via our client portal.

Step 2:

First Session

We will go over your paperwork and answer any questions you have about soul care. We’ll spend time getting to know one another so that you feel comfortable with the process and then will discuss any goals you have.

Step 3:

Further Sessions

Getting to the underlayers of what you are experiencing takes some time. We find it best to meet every week or every other week for the first six weeks or so, and then begin to see one another less frequently as a solid foundation has been built.

Step 4:

Counseling Fees

We do not accept insurance. Session fees are $100 per 50-minute session. Payment is due at time of service and can be made by credit/debit card (including FSA and HSA), check, or cash. We believe that healing comes in community and so we would love to help you explore ways your church or support systems could come alongside you in this process, including offsetting the cost of your care.
