From the very first pages of God’s story to its final chapters, His people have been known as sojourners on the earth. This identity speaks to a profound truth: God sees, knows, and intimately understands the journey of His people. We are all travelers in this life, seeking our way as temporary residents in a land not truly our own. Yet in His compassion, God does not remain distant. He steps into our sojourn, bringing life where there is death, faith when the ground beneath us trembles, hope in the face of despair, and love where hatred and indifference once ruled.

Who is Soulcare for?
Sojourner Soulcare believes that all people are made in God’s image and are thus beautiful and complex. Humans are made up of body, mind, and soul; therefore it is imperative that we attune to all three in order to offer holistic soul care. We value community, and want to help you access the resources in your life as we support you in the challenges you are facing. We believe that the process of healing and growth is an art form and is unique for each person. We welcome people of all faiths or no faith, and from all walks of life. Whatever your beliefs, values, and goals may be, we will meet you with compassionate and non-judgmental hearts.

Individual Sessions
Whether online or in person, this space is dedicated to supporting individual adults, adolescents (ages 14+), couples, and families as they explore current challenges and uncover how these struggles are connected to their personal stories. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Storied Lives
Storied Lives is a group of 4-6 participants who meet in November for an orientation meeting, and then from January through May for a total of 16 weeks. The group meets in five-week sessions with 2-week breaks in between. During each five-week session, members of the group write, submit and share a memory that is written as a narrative. Instructions about what type of story and how to write the story are given. Specific training and teaching also accompanies each session so that stories are treated with honor, thoughtfulness and kindness.
